Red Coral Seafood Market Update

February 8th 2023

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to announce the arrival of our latest shipment of fresh seafood from some of the best fishermen & producers around Australia.
We recommend you get in early and secure your requirements as we tend to sell out once the produce lands in the factory.

Our prized Tuna & Swordfish from Queensland is a little harder to come by this time of year, and with the added issue of Cyclone Gabriel this week, supply volume is lower than usual, but we still have some supply coming through

Supply from the East Coast down to Lakes Entrance & the Corner Inlet is looking good, with beautiful Calamari, Flathead, Flounders & John Dory coming in consistently

Pacific Oyster supply is struggling a little bit but this is offset with some beautiful Rock Oysters coming out of Merimbula NSW
