OUR FACILITIES: Red Coral Seafood own a state of the art, 2000 square metre purpose built facility in Bayswater. A 1000 square metre freezer facility, 500 square metre wet-fish production room, seperate 30 square metre refrigerated Oyster processing room, and a further two seperate chillers. One for whole fish & another dedicated to live shellfish. From this location our trucks have easy access to all parts of Melbourne to ensure you recieve the freshest seafood available on time.

OUR PRODUCTS: Our 25+ years in the industry has enabled us to make contact with fishermen, producers & growers around Australia and some parts of the globe. We carry a variety of Tasmanian & South Australian oysters on a weekly basis, and have the ability to source all types of fresh seafood when it is in demand. All product is of the highest possible quality, and we frequent the Melbourne wholesale market 6 days per week, and have a resident buyer in the Sydney fish markets.

DELIVERYS: We offer the best service possible. Our trucks deliver around the Melbourne CBD, Mornington Penninsula, Bellarine Penninsula & Yarra Valley regions on a daily basis. Our network of couriers ensure that our seafood can be delivered to all regional areas on a timely basis.

AUSTRALIA WIDE: Red Coral now delivers fresh & frozen seafood to all capital cities around Australia. We have an almost 24 hour turn around from our factory to every state.  

OPERATING HOURS: We’re up searching for the finest seafood available every morning at 1.00 am. When most people are sleeping, we’re hard at work putting together orders for all our clients. Our sales office is staffed from 5.30 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday and 5.30 am to 11 am on Saturdays to take orders. You can reach us by PHONE: 03 9720 6622.
