• We have a traceability system that includes regular auditing of all operating and management procedures, along with a thorough HACCP implementation on all incoming & outgoing product.

We are now BRC compliant. A first for any fishmonger in Australia!!! BRC stands for the British Retail Consortium and is a lead trade association representing a whole range of retailers, from the large multiples and department stores through to independents, selling a wide selection of products. The BRC program, is a much finer, detailed food safety program to be approved by the industry. Other members are KFC, Burger King, Disney, GAP, ASDA and Clarks
