Born in Melbourne, but spending most of his younger years in Phillip Island, Chef Stuart Benson has worked in different aspects of the hospitality industry. From running his parents fish & chips shop to working as a nightclub promoter in Melbourne. His hospitality career briefly sent him to Europe. "My biggest highlight was working under acclaimed French Chef Joel Antunes in London's Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel." Now Stuart has landed himself in the Yarra Valley at favourite local & tourist spot, the Coldstream Brewery. "Working in the Yarra Valley has opened my eyes to a much larger array of fresh produce that is accessible everyday of the week."
